Do NOT sign your lease with this landlord.
The employees in the office are from Nigeria, all of them and not authorized to work in the United States.
Even if you don't like Donald Trump, please note that the documents you will sign are legally binding. I moved into a "new", lets say, refurbished unit, water flowed into the new apartment cause the doors have no seal. The seal was definitely removed to make the unit look more "new" and save in cost of replacing a new water seal.
The A.C units in the "new" units don't work, otherwise why do you think the previous tenant left?
Horrible place to live, none of the employees is authorized to work in the US and that should make you think twice before you rent here.
If the mold in my apartment is not enough deterrent, then you are welcome. You probably deserve what you will get.
